Premier Executive Chauffeur Service was founded as the executive-tier division of Black Chauffeur Limo Service LLC to serve a specific gap in the Silicon Valley market: a chauffeured operator that could deliver Manhattan-grade discretion, on-time performance, and vehicle standards without the transactional feel of an app-hailed ride or the inconsistency of a broker network. From day one we made three commitments — every ride is pre-arranged, every chauffeur is employed and vetted by us, and every vehicle in rotation is a late-model black SUV or executive Sprinter that we own or lease and maintain in-house.
