Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of premierexecutivechauffeur.com and any reservation you make with Premier Executive Chauffeur Service, a division of Black Chauffeur Limo Service. By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

Service Description
We provide pre-arranged, chauffeured ground transportation operating under California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) TCP authority. Service is by reservation only; we are not a taxi or rideshare provider and do not accept street hails.
Reservations & Confirmations
- Reservations may be made by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, or online.
- A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our dispatch team with a booking reference.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup addresses, flight numbers, and passenger contact information.
- Rates quoted include standard wait time, meet-and-greet at supported airports, bottled water, and applicable taxes and airport fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and pre-arranged corporate billing. A valid card is required to secure every reservation. Charges are settled after the ride is complete and include the base fare, gratuity (if not pre-included), applicable tolls, parking, additional wait time, and any client-requested stops or route changes.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Sedan and SUV reservations: cancel at least 4 hours before pickup to avoid a charge.
- Sprinter, mini-coach, and multi-vehicle reservations: cancel at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Airport arrivals include complimentary wait time (typically 45 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international) from the actual landing time; additional wait is billed in 15-minute increments.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations are billed at the full quoted rate plus any airport or parking fees incurred.
Passenger Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all passengers and chauffeurs, the following are not permitted:
- Smoking or vaping of any kind inside our vehicles.
- Illegal drug use or transport of unlawful items.
- Consumption of alcohol by anyone under 21.
- Behavior that endangers the chauffeur, other passengers, or the vehicle.
A cleaning/reconditioning fee of $250 or more may be assessed for spills, illness, or damage to the interior. We reserve the right to end a trip and refuse further service when these terms are violated.
Delays, Traffic & Route
While we plan every trip with buffer time and monitor flight status, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues beyond reasonable control, or passenger delays. Chauffeurs follow the safest efficient route and may adjust based on real-time conditions.
Liability & Insurance
We carry commercial auto liability insurance meeting or exceeding California PUC minimums. Except as required by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or lost business opportunity.
Lost or Left Items
Please check the vehicle before you exit. Report lost items promptly by phone or email; we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return them. Return shipping is at the client's expense. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.
Privacy
Your reservation and contact information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Website Use
Content on premierexecutivechauffeur.com — including copy, photography, logos, and branding — is the property of Premier Executive Chauffeur / Black Chauffeur Limo Service and may not be reproduced without written permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape reservation infrastructure, or misuse our contact channels.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or booking a new reservation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
