Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport pickup is flight-monitored, so a delayed arrival never means a missed pickup.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
The location depends on the airport and vehicle. SJC sedan and SUV guests are greeted inside baggage claim with a name sign; SJC Sprinter groups use the Charter Service booth at Terminal A or B. SFO International sedan and SUV passengers use the white-striped curbside limousine section by Door 2 or 3 on the A or G side. Your written confirmation provides the final meeting point.
Do you track my flight for delays or early arrivals?
Yes. Every airport pickup is flight-tracked in real time — we adjust for delays, gate changes, and early arrivals so your chauffeur is curbside when you clear the terminal.
Is meet-and-greet available inside the terminal?
Yes. An indoor meet-and-greet with a name board inside baggage claim or international arrivals can be booked in advance for $45. Standard curbside pickups are also fully flight-tracked.
What are your airport transfer rates?
All airport transfers are pre-arranged flat rates confirmed at booking — no meters or surge pricing. The written confirmation itemizes tolls and any pre-included gratuity; gratuity is otherwise excluded.

How do I get an instant price for a one-way transfer?
Use the instant price widget on this page or our booking page: enter your pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, and passenger count, and you will see a flat all-in quote in seconds. Point-to-point and city-to-city one-way transfers are priced as flat rates, so no hourly minimum applies.
What are your published hourly rates?
Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers) is $130 per hour, Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV (up to 6) is $150 per hour, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 6 is $175 per hour, Sprinter for 7 to 10 passengers is $200 per hour, and Sprinter for 11 to 14 passengers is $225 per hour. Every hourly as-directed booking carries a five-hour minimum.
When should I book hourly instead of a one-way transfer?
Book hourly as-directed when the chauffeur stays with you: multi-stop roadshows, wine tours, wedding days, event shuttles, or any itinerary with waiting between stops. Book a one-way flat rate when you need a single A-to-B trip such as an airport transfer or a city-to-city drive.
Is the quoted price all-inclusive?
Yes. Your quote includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and standard wait time. Tolls, airport fees, parking, and gratuity are shown up front before you confirm, so the number you approve is the number you pay. There is no surge pricing.
Can I get a quote by text or WhatsApp?

Do you charge extra for airport pickups or flight delays?
Airport reservations are flight-tracked and include 60 minutes of wait time from landing, so normal delays cost nothing extra. An $8 airport fee applies to each airport pickup or drop-off, the indoor greeting is included at SJC and is an optional $45 (plus applicable parking) at other airports, and waiting past the included window is charged at the confirmed vehicle's hourly rate.
How do corporate accounts and monthly billing work?
Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-center tagging, traveler profiles, and the same published rates with no booking fees. Ask dispatch to open an account and we will set up billing before your first reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Event and charter vehicle reservations must be cancelled by email to info@blackchauffeurlimo.com at least 72 hours before pickup; the cancellation is effective when that email is received. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Airport and other reservations follow the cancellation terms printed in your written confirmation.
