How we run the fleet

A small fleet is a controllable fleet.

Premier Executive Chauffeur operates a deliberately narrow lineup — Lincoln Aviator, Chevrolet Suburban LT, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — because a focused fleet is the only reliable path to consistent luxury. Every vehicle is late-model, finished in black, and specced identically for the amenities executives expect: bottled water, phone chargers, rear climate control, and quiet cabins built for calls and confidential conversation. When a repeat client tells a colleague to book us, that colleague steps into exactly the same experience.

The Lincoln Aviator is our default choice for solo executives, VIP airport transfers, and Peninsula-to-San-Francisco point-to-point work. Its cabin is genuinely quiet, the second-row captain's chairs recline for red-eye recovery, and it fits two large checked bags plus carry-ons without stepping up to a full-size SUV. For families, executive teams of up to six, or any itinerary with heavier luggage, the Chevrolet Suburban LT is the workhorse — three rows, full-size cargo area, and the confidence of a proven executive platform trusted by government details and corporate security teams across the country. When the group exceeds six or the itinerary calls for a mobile boardroom, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen passengers with captain's seating, generous overhead storage, and a smooth ride that makes hourly-as-directed charters comfortable for full days on the road.

The same vehicles are listed, with photography and full specifications, on the Black Chauffeur Limo Service fleet page (parent site) — the same cars, dispatched by the same team.

Every vehicle is inspected before dispatch, professionally detailed between rides, and maintained on a rolling schedule that exceeds manufacturer recommendations. We keep backup vehicles staged at our Sunnyvale yard so that a mechanical issue never becomes a client-facing problem — if a vehicle is even a hair off standard, it does not leave the lot. Chauffeurs are directly employed, uniformed in dark suits, and briefed on your itinerary before pickup. Child seats — rear-facing infant, forward-facing convertible, and high-back booster — are installed and inspected in-house at no additional charge on any vehicle.

All three vehicles are available for airport transfers to SFO, SJC, OAK, and MRY; private-aviation FBO service at Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, Moffett, and every Bay Area executive terminal; corporate roadshows and diligence days across Silicon Valley; Napa and Sonoma wine tours; wedding transportation; sporting events at Levi's Stadium, Chase Center, and Oracle Park; and hourly-as-directed executive travel anywhere in the region. Whichever vehicle you choose, the operating standard — flight tracking, live dispatch, pre-arranged flat pricing, complimentary bottled water, and a chauffeur assigned to your ride by name — is identical.

Pricing and instant-quote questions

How do I get an instant price for a one-way transfer?

Use the instant price widget on this page or our booking page: enter your pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, and passenger count, and you will see a flat all-in quote in seconds. Point-to-point and city-to-city one-way transfers are priced as flat rates, so no hourly minimum applies.

What are your published hourly rates?

Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers) is $130 per hour, Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV (up to 6) is $150 per hour, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 6 is $175 per hour, Sprinter for 7 to 10 passengers is $200 per hour, and Sprinter for 11 to 14 passengers is $225 per hour. Every hourly as-directed booking carries a five-hour minimum.

When should I book hourly instead of a one-way transfer?

Book hourly as-directed when the chauffeur stays with you: multi-stop roadshows, wine tours, wedding days, event shuttles, or any itinerary with waiting between stops. Book a one-way flat rate when you need a single A-to-B trip such as an airport transfer or a city-to-city drive.

Is the quoted price all-inclusive?

Yes. Your quote includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and standard wait time. Tolls, airport fees, parking, and gratuity are shown up front before you confirm, so the number you approve is the number you pay. There is no surge pricing.

Can I get a quote by text or WhatsApp?

Yes. Text or WhatsApp +1 (408) 394-3575 with your pickup, drop-off, date, and passenger count and dispatch will send a written flat quote. You can also call our 24/7 dispatch line at +1 (408) 461-8899.

Do you charge extra for airport pickups or flight delays?

Airport pickups include flight tracking and complimentary wait time — 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international. Airport access fees and parking are itemized in your quote. Delays inside the complimentary window are never billed as extra time.

How do corporate accounts and monthly billing work?

Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-center tagging, traveler profiles, and the same published rates with no booking fees. Ask dispatch to open an account and we will set up billing before your first reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinter and group vehicles require 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside those windows are billed at the minimum applicable rate.

Fleet questions

Vehicles, capacity & luggage — answered

Which vehicles are in the Premier Executive Chauffeur fleet?
Three: the Lincoln Aviator executive luxury SUV for one to three passengers, the Chevrolet Suburban LT full-size SUV for up to six passengers, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive van for six to fourteen passengers. We keep the fleet deliberately small so every vehicle is late-model, detailed before dispatch, and held to the same standard.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
The Lincoln Aviator takes two large checked bags plus two carry-ons. The Chevrolet Suburban LT takes five large checked bags plus four carry-ons with all three rows in use. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries rear cargo plus overhead storage — typically one large bag and one carry-on per passenger. Tell dispatch your bag count at booking and we will confirm the right vehicle.
Which vehicle should I book for an airport transfer?
One to three passengers with light luggage: the Aviator. Families, international arrivals, or four to six passengers with checked bags: the Suburban. Seven or more travelers, or a team arriving on the same flight: the Sprinter. Every airport booking is flight-tracked, so the vehicle is staged before the aircraft lands.
Do you provide child, infant and booster seats?
Yes, in every vehicle, at no additional charge. We install rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats, or high-back boosters and inspect them before the chauffeur leaves the yard. Note the child's age and the seat type when you book.
How many passengers can the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carry?
Six to fourteen passengers depending on the configuration, with captain's seating and rear luggage space. It is the vehicle we dispatch for corporate roadshows, wine tours, wedding parties, and offsite group moves where the whole team should travel together.
Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Our standard fleet is not wheelchair-lift equipped, but the Suburban and Sprinter both offer low-effort transfer seating, and chauffeurs are trained to stow folding wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters. If you need a lift-equipped vehicle, tell dispatch and we will arrange one through a vetted accessibility partner.
What amenities are in the vehicles?
Complimentary bottled water, phone chargers and USB power, climate control in every row, and Wi-Fi on request for corporate itineraries. Sprinter bookings add overhead storage and a conference-style cabin. Ask dispatch for specific requests — cold beverages, newspapers, or child-friendly setups — before your pickup.
What happens if my assigned vehicle has a mechanical issue?
Dispatch monitors every reservation and holds backup vehicles across the Bay Area. If a vehicle is taken out of service, a replacement of equal or higher class is dispatched at the original quoted rate, and you are notified by call or text before your pickup window.
Can I request the same chauffeur and vehicle for recurring rides?
Yes. Corporate accounts and repeat travelers can request a preferred chauffeur and vehicle class on their traveler profile. We honor the request whenever the schedule allows and always send an equal-class vehicle when it does not.
Do you allow pets in the vehicles?
Service animals are always welcome. Other pets travel in a carrier, and we ask that you tell dispatch at booking so the vehicle is prepared with protective covers and scheduled for a deep clean afterward.

Still deciding between the Suburban and the Sprinter? Ask dispatch which fleet vehicle fits your trip and we will size the vehicle to your passenger and luggage count.
