Do you provide car seats for infants, toddlers, and older children?+
Yes. Every Premier Executive Chauffeur vehicle can be equipped with a rear-facing infant seat (0–2 years, ~4–35 lbs), a forward-facing convertible seat (2–4 years, ~22–65 lbs), or a high-back booster (4–10 years, ~40–100 lbs). Seats are late-model, professionally cleaned, and installed by the chauffeur before dispatch — never handed to you in a bag to install yourself. If you're unsure which stage applies, tell dispatch your child's age, weight, and height and we'll select the correct seat.
Is there an extra charge for a child car seat?+
No. Infant, convertible, and booster seats are included at no additional cost on any Lincoln Aviator, Chevrolet Suburban LT, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reservation — one per traveler, as many as the vehicle safely seats. This applies to airport transfers (SFO, SJC, OAK), hospital discharges, hourly service, and wedding or event travel alike.

Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers) is $130 per hour, Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV (up to 6) is $150 per hour, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 6 is $175 per hour, Sprinter for 7 to 10 passengers is $200 per hour, and Sprinter for 11 to 14 passengers is $225 per hour. Every hourly as-directed booking carries a five-hour minimum.

Sedan and SUV reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinter and group vehicles require 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside those windows are billed at the minimum applicable rate.
