City tours and sightseeing across Northern California.

The best way to see San Francisco, the Monterey Peninsula, Santa Cruz, and Napa is from the back of a black Suburban with a chauffeur who lives here. Every tour is private and fully custom — we plan around your party's pace, photo stops, food interests, and physical mobility. Half-day San Francisco tours cover the classic landmarks (Golden Gate, Presidio, Painted Ladies, Ferry Building, Chinatown) with local coffee and lunch recommendations built in. Full-day itineraries stretch down the coast to Half Moon Bay, over the hill to Santa Cruz, or south to Monterey and Carmel for 17-Mile Drive and Cannery Row. Napa and Sonoma day tours pair vineyard visits with downtown walking and the Oxbow Public Market. Chauffeurs share local context along the way — history, architecture, current events — but never lecture. This is the version of the city and coast that most visitors, and plenty of locals, never see.

Frequently asked

Are your city tours private or shared?

Every tour is fully private — just your party, your chauffeur, and a custom itinerary. We never combine groups or run a fixed tour-bus script.

How long is a typical San Francisco tour?

Half-day tours run 4 hours and cover the classic landmarks; full-day tours run 8 hours and add coastal stops, neighborhoods, and a lunch reservation. Multi-day itineraries stretching to Monterey, Napa, or Yosemite are booked hourly.

Can the chauffeur act as a guide?

Yes — our chauffeurs share local history, architecture, and current recommendations as you drive, but never lecture. If you'd like a licensed docent for a specific museum or estate, we coordinate that separately.

Is the tour family- and mobility-friendly?

Yes. We pace stops around your party's needs, choose accessible pickup points, and adjust the itinerary in real time. Suburban LT and Sprinter both provide easy step-in with luggage and stroller room.

Pricing and instant-quote questions

How do I get an instant price for a one-way transfer?

Use the instant price widget on this page or our booking page: enter your pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, and passenger count, and you will see a flat all-in quote in seconds. Point-to-point and city-to-city one-way transfers are priced as flat rates, so no hourly minimum applies.

What are your published hourly rates?

Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers) is $130 per hour, Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV (up to 6) is $150 per hour, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 6 is $175 per hour, Sprinter for 7 to 10 passengers is $200 per hour, and Sprinter for 11 to 14 passengers is $225 per hour. Every hourly as-directed booking carries a five-hour minimum.

When should I book hourly instead of a one-way transfer?

Book hourly as-directed when the chauffeur stays with you: multi-stop roadshows, wine tours, wedding days, event shuttles, or any itinerary with waiting between stops. Book a one-way flat rate when you need a single A-to-B trip such as an airport transfer or a city-to-city drive.

Is the quoted price all-inclusive?

Yes. Your quote includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and standard wait time. Tolls, airport fees, parking, and gratuity are shown up front before you confirm, so the number you approve is the number you pay. There is no surge pricing.

Can I get a quote by text or WhatsApp?

Yes. Text or WhatsApp +1 (408) 394-3575 with your pickup, drop-off, date, and passenger count and dispatch will send a written flat quote. You can also call our 24/7 dispatch line at +1 (408) 461-8899.

Do you charge extra for airport pickups or flight delays?

Airport pickups include flight tracking and complimentary wait time — 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international. Airport access fees and parking are itemized in your quote. Delays inside the complimentary window are never billed as extra time.

How do corporate accounts and monthly billing work?

Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-center tagging, traveler profiles, and the same published rates with no booking fees. Ask dispatch to open an account and we will set up billing before your first reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinter and group vehicles require 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside those windows are billed at the minimum applicable rate.
