Services
Every ride, every reason.
From SFO curbside to Pebble Beach tee times, our chauffeurs handle every kind of journey with the same executive standard. Explore what we do, then reserve online in under two minutes.
Premier Executive Chauffeur is a pre-arranged charter operator serving Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area. Every ride is booked in advance, dispatched by a live team, and delivered by a CPUC-licensed chauffeur in a late-model black SUV or Sprinter — the same operational standard whether the reason is a boardroom, a birthday, or a red-eye out of SFO.
Our service catalog is organized around the reasons clients actually book. Airport transfers cover SFO, SJC, OAK, and MRY with flight tracking and complimentary meet-and-greet. Corporate accounts consolidate campus visits, roadshows, and executive travel under monthly invoicing with cost-center reporting. Private aviation and FBO service handles ramp-side pickups at Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, and Moffett. Napa and Sonoma wine tours run as full-day hourly charters with a chauffeur who knows the appointment cadence at Opus One, Cakebread, and Domaine Carneros.
Sprinter group transportation moves executive teams, wedding parties, and offsite delegations of up to fourteen passengers in a single vehicle. Wedding transportation covers the ceremony, reception, and getaway with backup drivers and vehicles staged on standby. Sporting events, concerts, and city tours put a chauffeur on your itinerary from door to curb, with a live dispatcher watching gate opens and set times so timing is never guesswork.
Every service on this page includes flat pre-arranged pricing with no surge, complimentary bottled water, child seats on request, and 24/7 dispatch reachable by phone, text, or WhatsApp. Explore the individual service pages below for scope, vehicles, and the questions our clients ask most.

Most clients arrive on this page with a specific occasion in mind — an inbound arrival at SFO, a boardroom-to-boardroom sequence across Silicon Valley, an FBO ramp pickup at Signature or Atlantic, a Napa tasting-room day for visiting investors, a wedding weekend on the Peninsula, or an offsite that needs a Sprinter for a team of ten. Our service pages are organized around those occasions so you can match a chauffeur, a vehicle, and an operating pattern to the actual reason for the trip rather than shopping by hourly rate alone.
Airport transfers are our largest single service, split across SFO, SJC, OAK, and Monterey Regional. Every airport reservation includes automatic flight tracking, complimentary meet-and-greet at baggage claim on request, up to 60 minutes of free wait time for arrivals, and flat pre-arranged pricing that does not surge on holidays or during weather delays. Corporate accounts add consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-center coding, dedicated account management, and priority dispatch during high-demand weeks including CES, JPMorgan Healthcare, RSA, Dreamforce, and holiday travel windows. Private-aviation and FBO service handles ramp-side pickups and drop-offs at Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, Moffett, and every Bay Area executive terminal, with chauffeurs positioned before your tail number is on the ground.
Hourly-as-directed and roadshow charters are the right choice whenever the itinerary has more than one stop or the schedule is uncertain — diligence days, investor meetings, roadshow sequences, film scouts, and executive shopping trips are all easier with a chauffeur on standby than with a chain of point-to-point transfers. Wine-country charters run as full-day hourly reservations with a chauffeur experienced with the appointment cadence at Opus One, Cakebread, Domaine Carneros, Silver Oak, Jordan, and Sonoma's appointment-only estates. Wedding transportation covers arrival, ceremony, reception, and getaway with backup vehicles and drivers staged on standby. Sporting-event and concert service is dispatched with a live watch on gate opens and set times so timing is never guesswork.
Every service on this catalog includes flat pre-arranged pricing with no surge or hidden fees, complimentary bottled water and phone chargers, child seats installed at no charge on request, and 24/7 dispatch reachable by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Explore the individual service pages above for scope, recommended vehicles, and the questions our clients ask most frequently.
How it works
Every reservation follows the same six steps, whether it is a single airport transfer or a full week of roadshow travel. Quotes are flat and confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
Step 1: Request a quote or reserve online
Enter your pickup, drop-off, date, and passenger count in our reservation system, or call, text, or WhatsApp dispatch 24/7. You receive a flat, all-in rate before anything is confirmed.
Corporate clients can book against an existing account with cost-center coding, and executive assistants can reserve on behalf of travelers using saved profiles and preferred vehicles.
Step 2: Choose your vehicle and extras
Pick the Lincoln Aviator for one to three passengers, the Chevrolet Suburban LT for up to six with luggage, or the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for groups of six to fourteen. Child seats, extra stops, and meet-and-greet are added at this point.
Not sure which vehicle fits? Tell dispatch your passenger count and luggage and we will recommend the right one — there is no charge for the advice and no upsell.
Step 3: Receive written confirmation
You get an emailed confirmation with your flat rate, vehicle class, pickup time, and the cancellation window. Nothing is charged beyond what appears on that confirmation.
Changes are easy after this point: call, text, or WhatsApp dispatch to adjust the time, route, or stops, and we confirm any rate difference in writing before your trip.
Step 4: We track your flight and dispatch the chauffeur
The day of your trip, dispatch monitors your flight and live traffic, then sends your chauffeur's name, photo, phone number, and vehicle details by text before pickup.
Airport arrivals are adjusted automatically for delays, early landings, and gate changes. Private-aviation pickups are staged at the FBO before wheels-down.
Step 5: Meet your chauffeur and ride
Your chauffeur arrives early in a cleaned, late-model black vehicle with bottled water and phone chargers, assists with luggage, and drives the route you prefer.
Meet-and-greet with a name board inside baggage claim is available on request, and hourly as-directed charters keep the same chauffeur with you all day.
Step 6: Settle up and rebook in one click
Your card is charged the confirmed flat rate with tolls and gratuity itemized, or the trip is added to your monthly corporate invoice. A receipt arrives by email the same day.
Frequent travelers can save the itinerary as a standing order so future trips are rebooked with a single message to dispatch.
Coverage
Every service above is available across Silicon Valley, the Peninsula, San Francisco, the East Bay, Santa Cruz County, and the Monterey Peninsula. Open a city page for local drive times, pickup notes, and the venues, hotels, and campuses we serve there most.

Coverage is continuous rather than zoned: a reservation can begin in San Francisco, run a full day of meetings down the Peninsula through Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Santa Clara, and finish with a late drop at San Jose Mineta or a Signature ramp without a change of vehicle, chauffeur, or rate structure. Out-of-area runs to Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, Carmel, Big Sur, and Los Angeles are quoted as flat point-to-point or full-day charters, and repeat corporate routes can be standing-ordered so the same chauffeur handles them each week.
Questions
The questions our dispatch team answers most often about booking, pricing, vehicles, and coverage. For questions specific to one service, see that service page above.
Booking & pricing
For airport transfers and point-to-point trips, 24 hours is comfortable and same-day requests are usually filled by our 24/7 dispatch. For Sprinter groups, weddings, wine-country days, and peak weeks such as JPMorgan Healthcare, Dreamforce, RSA, and graduation season, reserve two to six weeks out so the vehicle and chauffeur you want are still available.
Every reservation is a pre-arranged flat rate or a flat hourly rate confirmed in writing before your trip. As a CPUC-regulated charter carrier we do not run meters and we never apply surge pricing — the price you approve at booking is the price on your invoice, with tolls, parking, and gratuity itemized separately.
Sedan and SUV reservations cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup, and airport pickups up to 2 hours after your flight lands. Sprinter, wedding, and full-day charters carry a 48-hour window because the vehicle is held exclusively for you. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH, and corporate accounts. Corporate clients are billed on consolidated monthly invoices with cost-center coding and per-traveler reporting instead of paying trip by trip.
Yes. Call, text, or WhatsApp dispatch and we will reschedule or re-route as long as the vehicle is available. Added stops on an hourly charter are simply billed at the same hourly rate; changes to a point-to-point trip may adjust the flat rate, and we confirm any difference before the trip.
Vehicles & chauffeurs
The Lincoln Aviator suits one to three passengers with carry-on luggage and is our standard executive vehicle. The Chevrolet Suburban LT carries up to six passengers with full luggage and is the usual choice for airport runs and wine-country days. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats six to fourteen and is the right call for team offsites, roadshows, and wedding parties.
Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats are installed at no charge — just tell us the child's age and weight when you book so the correct seat is fitted before pickup.
Every chauffeur holds a valid California license with a clean DMV record, passes criminal background screening and enrollment in random DOT drug and alcohol testing, and drives under our commercial liability and auto insurance. We operate as a licensed TCP charter-party carrier under the California Public Utilities Commission.
Complimentary bottled water, phone chargers, a late-model black vehicle cleaned between trips, a professionally attired chauffeur, live flight and traffic monitoring, and a dispatcher reachable at any hour. There are no fuel surcharges or booking fees.
Coverage & logistics
Silicon Valley and the Peninsula, San Francisco, the East Bay, Santa Cruz County, the Monterey Peninsula including Carmel and Pebble Beach, and Napa and Sonoma wine country. Longer runs to Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, and the Central Coast are quoted on request.

Yes. Hourly as-directed charters keep one chauffeur and vehicle with you for the day and are the better choice whenever the itinerary has multiple stops or an uncertain schedule — diligence days, investor roadshows, film scouts, shopping trips, and wine tours all run this way. Minimums are typically three hours, or six to eight for wine country.
Yes. Dispatch is staffed around the clock every day of the year, including holidays and red-eye departures, and holiday travel carries no surcharge or surge pricing.
Service animals are always welcome. Pets in carriers are accepted with advance notice. For mobility needs, tell us at booking and we assign a vehicle with easier entry, allow extra loading time, and can arrange chauffeur assistance to the door.
