International Terminal pickups use Bus Courtyard A or Bus Courtyard G on Level 1, Arrivals/Baggage Claim. Domestic charter pickups use the designated bus courtyard for the arrival terminal: Bus Courtyard 1 for Terminal 1, Bus Courtyard 3 for Terminals 2 and 3, or Bus Courtyard 4 for Terminal 3 when directed. Passengers should be at the confirmed bus courtyard and ready to board before the Sprinter approaches because vehicles may not wait at the curb. The exact courtyard and meeting instructions remain subject to current SFO operating requirements.

Inside-terminal meet-and-greet with a discreet name placard at baggage claim is available when booked in advance for $45, with applicable parking handled according to the written confirmation. You receive your chauffeur's name, mobile number, and vehicle description by text before wheels-down.
