Flat-rate transfer

A flat-rate transfer is a point-to-point trip quoted at a fixed price before booking, inclusive of tolls, parking, airport fees, and gratuity.

Flat rates apply to defined routes — an airport to a named address, a hotel to a venue — where the distance is known in advance. The price does not change with traffic, time of day, or demand.

Because the quote is all-inclusive, there is nothing to reconcile after the ride. Extra stops, extended wait time beyond the included grace period, or a change of destination are the only items that adjust a flat-rate fare, and they are agreed before they are applied.
