Meet-and-greet
A meet-and-greet is an inside-terminal pickup where the chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name board and assists with luggage, instead of meeting the passenger curbside.
Curbside pickup is the default at most airports: the chauffeur stages nearby and pulls to the arrivals island when the passenger is outside. A meet-and-greet moves that handoff inside, which matters for international arrivals, first-time visitors, VIP guests, and anyone traveling with children or heavy luggage.
Meet-and-greet requires the chauffeur to park and enter the terminal, so it is requested at booking and carries a small parking-and-wait component in the quote.
