Corporate roadshow
A roadshow is a multi-stop executive itinerary — investor meetings, site visits, or client calls — run on a single as-directed vehicle reservation for the day.
Roadshows compress six to twelve meetings into a day across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Silicon Valley. The vehicle stays with the team, luggage and materials remain on board, and the chauffeur repositions between buildings so no time is lost to parking.
Larger roadshows add a Sprinter for the working group and a sedan for the principal. Itineraries are confirmed the night before and adjusted live as meetings run long.
